The organization has focused on Marathwada region of Maharashtra state (India) as the Area is most underdeveloped with respect to natural resources, livelihood opportunities and human rights. Therefore, Paryay emphasis has been on the social, economic, cultural and educational development of men, women and children belonging to landless Dalit, tribal and other minority community. Paryay bears excellent experience and track record of working since 1994.

Our purpose of existence is to enhance the lives of disadvantaged children and women, and to offer a positive direction and a healthier approach towards their life. Paryay continues to vow a credible, honest, transparent and accountable organization that devotes itself towards a privileged future for the not so privileged ones.
